Straight vacuum forming is vacuum thermoforming using only female molds that produce a material distribution that is the opposite of the results obtained from male molds.

Hotel was glorious. Upgraded to a great suite with 260 degree views out across Copacabana Beach, the Fort, the skyline and Sugarloaf. It was the end of a five week holiday for my husband and I and it couldn't have been a better way to finish it.
